TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
Saheima Joyas, guarantees quality of manufacturing and authenticity of all materials used in production of jewelry and high bijouterie. There is a 30 days warranty 100% covered as long as the merchandise has not been modified, adapted, and is free from damage and abuse caused by normal or accidental misuse.
The warranty covers: broken clasp posts, broken clasps, unsoldered and missing chains, open clasps, open chain passes, unsoldered parts and any defect originated in the manufacture or assembly of the product.
The warranty will be void when: the product presents scratches, burned, dented, split, broken parts; Stretching of chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Do not expose your jewelry to chemicals or harsh environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, silver liquid enamel, swimming pools, jacuzzies, spas or have any mistreatment as a result of a use other than that for which they are intended, as well as due to negligence in their use, incomplete product, outside the period of 15 days, damaged with abrasive chemicals, show visible abuse, do not present a purchase invoice or the manager evaluates that it is not subject to warranty.
To make this guarantee valid, the original purchase invoice and the product, as well as all its parts and components, must be presented within the established period. This warranty is subject to repair of the product or physical exchange to the satisfaction of the customer for a product of the same price. In case of not being able to go to the point of sale, you must communicate within 30 days after the purchase to the telephone or email that is in the header of the purchase invoice to give notice of the product defect, so that in your next visit you can change it without any inconvenience.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES OF GOODS
The products made and marketed by Saheima Joyas have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt, presenting the corresponding invoice and merchandise in good condition (good condition in the broad sense, that is, the merchandise can be resold without any type of repair, adaptation or polishing) must not present: scratches, broken parts, unsoldered parts, perforated metal, wear, engravings, dents or any type of physical damage.
Merchandise presented in poor condition, will be subject to evaluation by the person in charge of its reception and there will be an extra charge for repair. Merchandise that has been a special order, engraved or with a special discount cannot be exchanged for any reason. Merchandise exchanges are subject to the 100% purchase policy on the amount presented in exchange
If you are not satisfied with our product, you can make a change in one of the following ways:
In any of our stores you can exchange it for a product of the same value.
From your home. For that, get in touch at info@sahiema.com You can exchange the product for another of the same value, which will also be sent to your home address.
Returns can only be made during the 10 calendar days following the purchase.
Our goal is to make sure you are totally satisfied with the purchase you made. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can change it within (10) calendar days, counted from the date you received your product.
To exercise the right to exchange, jewelry and accessories must meet the following requirements:
• Not have been used.
• Have all your labels and packaging.
• Not be dirty.
• Not have traces of use of lotions or makeup with chemicals that discolor or deteriorate the pieces.
• Have no traces of chemical use.
• The piece should not have been altered or modified by the consumer.
• Hardware and stones must be perfect.
• They must not have inconsistencies due to washing or alteration.
• Be in perfect condition for later sale to another consumer.
• They must be returned in the original packaging.
• Promotional pieces are not exchanged, except for warranty.
CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY
Our jewels are handcrafted with 24k gold plated bronze craftsmanship techniques. silver plated bronze and 960 sterling silver. We recommend that customers remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in any physical activity. Exposure to certain chemicals or harsh environments will result in compromising the integrity of your jewelry. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: perspiration, perfumes, agents, chlorine, salt water, and silver cleaning polish.
CLEANING YOUR JEWELRY
Pour a small amount of mild soap into water and use a small, soft toothbrush to clean your jewelry. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewelry with intricate details, which can otherwise be difficult to clean. If the dirt is difficult to remove, soak the jewelry in clean water. This particular cleaning method should not be used to clean freshwater cultured pearl jewelry or accessories made with fabrics.
STORAGE OF YOUR JEWELRY
Jewelry should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat, in a protective (lined) jewelry box. It can also be stored in a plastic resealable bag made of polyethylene, or wrapped in the slip that we supply with the packaging. Please note that our white packaging boxes are not made for long-term storage as they are not airtight and staining occurs over time.
OXIDATION
Rust appears over time. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not a defect. Things that can cause oxidation to appear are: sweating, bleach, perfumes, cleaning products, and silver polish.
CULTURED PEARLS
Try to avoid exposing your freshwater cultured pearls to water, makeup, creams, chemicals, and cleaning products. Freshwater cultured pearls cannot withstand silver polish. Do not use a silver polishing cloth as it dulls your pearls. Instead, a mild soap mixed with warm water is recommended. Use your fingers to gently clean your jewelry. Do not use a brush. Dry carefully.
SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL
It is a highly resistant glass, with a singular shine that lasts over time; designed and manufactured in Austria under high quality standards. These crystals are worn by internationally renowned designers and can be found in prestigious boutiques. It is made with special mineral salts that achieve a hardness above regular glass and that the shine lasts. However, it is still a crystal so it is not unbreakable, it must be treated with care and not dropped.
