During promotional events such as Cyber Monday, Cyber Monday, Black Weekend, Black Friday, Hot Sale, Click deals, SALE, among others, the delivery time can be extended up to 15 business days. Sometimes there are news that prevent us from fulfilling our promise, however, we want to guarantee that this time will not exceed the 30-day period granted by the Consumer Statute for the delivery of your purchase.

Delivery times begin to count from the confirmation of payment, which you will know through an email that will reach your email with which you made the purchase. For payments by credit and debit / PSE card, the payment platform (payment area) must approve the transaction according to the data analysis, which may take up to 1 business day. At the time of approval of the payment, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the same.

For payment in store, the delivery time begins to count from the moment the payment is made in our store. For payments with Efecty, Baloto, and banks, the delivery time begins to count from the moment the payment is made at any of these points. For payment on delivery, from our customer service area we will contact you immediately to confirm that you actually want to continue with your purchase. This means that only the shipping time will start counting from the moment you receive the call and confirm that you want to continue with the purchase.


• If the payment of your purchase is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day you receive the payment confirmation and from that day the delivery time will begin to count.

• If the payment of your purchase is confirmed on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the delivery time will start counting from the next business day after the confirmation of your payment.

• You should also keep in mind that only orders that occur before 4:00 pm count as the same day; Any order that occurs after 4:00 pm will be counted as its official delivery time from the next day.

In case there is no one at home, there is only a minor or there is no porter service, an attempt will be made of three visits by the carrier to make the official delivery of the order. Customer service will contact you to schedule the new delivery.
